Must be at least 18 years old at the time of submission for consideration be featured. All industries welcomed.
What is the selection process?
All profiles submitted are reviewed thoroughly using an in-house selection criteria process. Nominees selected to be featured will be informed via email.
How much does it cost to submit my profile?
It is FREE to submit your profile to be considered or included in the Who's Who: The African Diaspora publication.
When is the deadline date to submit my profile to be featured?
Deadline date (TBD) to submit a profile with a professional image is listed under the Schedule of Events/Timeline listed on the website. Extended date of submission will be communicated via email.
Can I email my profile and professional image?
No. All profiles and professional images must be submitted using the online tool via the website to qualify to be featured in the publication.
Do I have to submit my profile with a professional image at the same time?
Yes. All profiles and professional images must be submitted at the same time before or by the deadline. Please note profiles without the professional photo will not be reviewed.
Does my photograph have to be a professional image?
Yes, the image must be a high-resolution professional, unobstructed, 300 dpi headshot image. Please see an example on the Submissions tab.
Can I update my profile via email?
Yes. Please send any biographical revisions directly to linda@aixfirm.com. All revisions must be received by the deadline date (TBD)
What is the status of my submission?
Submissions are screened within a 4-5-week time frame following the submission deadline date (TBD). If your profile passes screening you will receive a notification via email to the email address provided at submission.
Can I submit my CV instead of filling out the online form?
No. All applicants are required to use the online tool to submit.
When will I know if I have been selected for inclusion?
Nominees selected to be featured will be informed via email.

When will the Who's Who: The African Diaspora publication be ready for distribution?
You will be notified via email on the announcement for the availability of Who's Who: The African Diaspora publication.
How do I receive a copy of the Who's Who: The African Diaspora publication?
Once the announcement is made regarding availability, you will be able to order a copy of the publication on the website.
Is the Who's Who: The African Diaspora publication available online?
No. The publication will not be available to view online. However, you can gain access to the online directory.
Do I have to be profiled in the publication to make a purchase?
No, anyone can purchase Who's Who: The African Diaspora publication.
When will my order be shipped?
Based on availability, your order will ship in 3-5 business days when you place your order. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
